Indore Marriott Hotel has announced the recent appointment of Shantanu Palshetkar as the Front Office Manager of the property. In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing Front Office operations, enhancing the guest experience, and fostering customer loyalty.
With his in-depth knowledge of front office operations and experience in the field for over 12 years ranging from various brands like Hilton, Hyatt, and Best Western, Shantanu will surely be an asset to the team. Prior to taking up this role, Shantanu held the position of Front Office Manager at Hilton Mumbai International Airport. He began his career with Hotel Best Western Premier London and later in his career was also associated with JW Marriott which gave him exposure to Marriott International’s processes and philosophy.
Shantanu holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Hospitality and Leadership Management. He possesses a strong sense of responsibility and leadership with strong guest relation skills and people management.
